Community Orchard

The orchards will be planted with a mixture of apple, pear and plum trees, and where possible we will use local varieties.       

Depending on the size of the site, approximately six to 12 trees will be planted at 3.5 metre spacing.  The trees will be regularly pruned to control the size so that you can easily pick the fruit.  

Please spare 5 minutes of your time to give us your views, your feedback will be analysed to identify the final community orchards site locations.
