Consultation has concluded
As we move towards the end of our current West Lancashire Borough Council Plan 2020-23, we are beginning preparations for a new refreshed Plan from October 2023 onwards.
West Lancashire Borough Council Plan 2020-23 outlines the strategic ambitions of the Council where we can directly make an impact or influence significant changes and improvements across the Borough. Having this Plan allows us to align activity and resources targeted at achieving the priorities.
The Plan was approved at full Council in October 2020 following a cross-party scrutiny workshop and public consultation.
In preparation for a new refreshed Council Plan from October 2023, we are reviewing the existing Plan.
Thank you to key stakeholders/partner organisations, Councillors and staff who provided feedback, your feedback will be analysed and used along with other insight to inform the first stages and development of a new Council Plan from October 2023.
Further wider consultations will take place during 2023 to ensure the new Plan will continue to reflect the needs of the Borough.
