At West Lancashire Borough Council, we recognise the important role our tenants play in influencing how we make changes and improvements to the housing services that you receive. Earlier in the year you responded to the Tenant Satisfactions Measures survey and expressed an interest in getting involved in one or more of the topics below:

  • Anti-social Behaviour
  • Policy & Procedure Reviews
  • Tenancy & Estate Management
  • Performance and Investment



It is important that our tenants can easily be involved and provide feedback on topics that are meaningful and of interest and in a way that works best for them.

  • Tenant engagement


    There are many ways you can get involved and provide feedback on housing services. Whether you've got a spare half hour an hour , or a whole day, from short surveys that you can complete in the comfort of your own home to regular meetings with other tenants, there are plenty of ways to share your views and feedback.
