What changes have been made to the Tenancy Agreement?

    the Officer Working Group has worked hard to improve the Tenancy Agreement. Some of the changes made include:

    • Used simple, concise and easy to understand language throughout.
    • Altered the layout of the document to make it easier to find information. 
    • Made sure it is clear where to find additional information, for example the Tenant Handbook is referenced throughout as a further source of information. 
    • Updated all the content to bring it up to date.
    • Included information about complying with emergency circumstances, such as government restrictions. 


    Where can I find a copy of the Tenancy Agreement?

    Once the Tenancy Agreement has been approved by Landlord Services Working Group and Policy & Resource Committee a copy will be provided to all tenants living in a WLBC home.
