Whilst Mobile Units serve a purpose in some locations, they lack accessibility, are costly, and produce noise and diesel fume pollution.

Proposal to use local and permanent location at the Church 0.5 miles from existing mobile unit location. Proposed location is accessible, with some parking and outside lighting.
