West Lancashire Borough Council provides an Independent Living Scheme to residents across the Borough. The service allows residents to live independently, in a friendly, safe and secure environment, providing a range of services such as 24-hour, 365 days a year emergency response system.
We are inviting tenants who currently reside in one of our properties to come along to a drop-in session to give us your views. The feedback you provide will be used to identify improvements and shape how we deliver this service to you in the future.
Sessions will be held on the following, dates, times and locations:
Monday 6th November 2023, 2-4pm, Marlborough Court, Skelmersdale
Tuesday 7th November 2023, 10am-12pm, Oakgate Close, Tarleton
Thursday 9th November 2023, 5-7pm, Bath Springs, Ormskirk
