Exhibitor and Stallholder Application Form

Hello and welcome to the Exhibitor and Stallholder Application form for those wishing to attend Green Fayre 2026. 

Please note that in order to complete and submit your application you will need to upload copies of your current Public Liability certificate and a Risk Assessment covering your proposed stall, any products you wish to sell and all activities you wish to undertake. 

Submitting an application form does not guarantee a place at the fayre. Once your application has been received and accepted, payment instructions will be sent to you via the details given on the form. 

Please note that your place at the show will not be secured and confirmed until full payment has been received. 

The application process will close on Wednesday 1st July 2026 at 5pm.
