West Lancashire Borough Council is mapping local resources that support digital inclusion across the Borough.
By Digital inclusion, we mean making sure everyone can access and benefit from being online, so they are not excluded from everyday services due to a lack of devices, or the skills, confidence and support needed to use digital tools.
We know community and voluntary organisations play a key role in overcoming digital exclusion barriers, and your insight will help us better understand the support already being provided, the challenges organisations are seeing, and where there may be gaps.
We’d love to hear from you about the work you’re doing to help residents get online, build digital confidence, and access technology.
Please take a few minutes to complete this short survey before 7 July 2026
