New Projects for Infrastructure Delivery Schedule for Possible Future CIL Funding

Mossy Lea Village Hall patio doors and hard surfaced area, Mossy Lea, Wrightington – Wrightington Parish Council

 A request has been made to use CIL funding to install bi-folding doors as a means of access to a proposed hard surfaced area at the rear of Mossy Lea Village Hall, Mossy Lea Wrightington.  The area would be used as extended space to maximise the use of the hall as a community facility. The amount of funding sought is not yet known.


Coronation Play Park upgrades, Ormskirk – WLBC

The skate park and Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) at Coronation Park, Ormskirk are reaching the end of their lives and will require removal or replacement in the future.   Play area upgrades will also be proposed.  The amount of funding to be sought is not yet known.


Replacement and upgrade of play facilities at Evington, Skelmersdale – WLBC

The play facilities at Evington, Skelmersdale are dated.  The replacement and upgrade of these facilities is proposed.  The amount of funding to be sought is not yet known.


Replacement fencing, Westerdale, Banks – WLBC

The greenspace surrounding the housing estates at Westerdale Drive, Banks are protected from illicit entry by birdsmouth fencing. The fencing is nearing the end of its life and will require replacement with the same/similar style of fencing in the future.  The amount of funding to be sought is not yet known.
