At West Lancashire Borough Council we are committed to consistently providing an excellent service to all our customers and we value customer feedback to enhance our Building Control services.
In 2024 the Council conducted a Building Control Customer survey to gather insights from service users. The results were positive with 100% of users rating their overall experience as Good or Very Good.
Every year we invite service users to share their feedback with us. Our 2025 Building Control Customer Survey is now open!
