We are reviewing the way we collect feedback about our repairs service to ensure every tenant has the opportunity to share their experience in a way that is meaningful and helpful. At present, tenants are asked to tell us simply whether they were satisfied or dissatisfied with the service they received. While this provides us with an overall view of performance, it does not always give tenants the opportunity to explain whether their experience was excellent, acceptable, or whether there were aspects that could have been improved.
We want to better understand your experience by exploring whether a wider range of feedback options would allow you to express your views more accurately. This could help us identify what we are doing well, understand where improvements are needed, and ensure that the feedback we receive leads to meaningful changes in the services we provide.
Your feedback is extremely important to us. Any changes we make will be informed by the views of our tenants and aimed at ensuring your voice is heard. Before deciding whether to make any changes to our current approach, we would like to understand what matters most to you and whether you feel there are better ways for us to gather feedback about your repairs experience.
Thank you for taking the time to share your views and help shape the future of our repairs service.
