We are inviting West Lancashire Borough Council tenants to take part in the Tenant Satisfaction Survey to get your views on the services we provide and how these could be improved.  

From 27th November 2023, in collaboration with NWA Social and Market Research Ltd, West Lancashire Borough Council will be conducting the Tenant Satisfaction Survey with our tenants across the borough.

The survey consists of several core questions, designed to measure tenant satisfaction, and gives our tenants the opportunity to have their say on the Housing Services they receive.

The feedback we receive will be used to identify improvements and shape how we deliver our services for the future. To keep the survey independent, we have commissioned a company called NWA Social and Market Research to run it for us.

A random sample of tenants will be contacted via either phone, email, text or post. The sample will be representative of the borough by ward, to ensure there is an equal opportunity for tenants across the borough to respond.  


How you can participate!
