At West Lancashire Borough Council, we recognise the important role our tenants play in influencing how we make changes and improvements to our housing services.
It is important to us that our tenants have the opportunity to engage with us and provide feedback on topics and services that are meaningful to them and in a way that works for them.
We are consulting with our tenants to understand what is important to you, how you would like to be involved and what topics would interest you. Please spare 5 minutes of your time and complete our tenant engagement survey, the feedback you provide will be used to develop the service we offer and ensure the tenant voice is at the heart of everything we do.
