Consultation has concluded
West Lancashire Borough Council have conducted a review of the Tenant Recharge Policy, the policy outlines the approach taken to the raising and collection of charges from tenants and former tenants due to repairing damage to our property.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the survey, we received a good response. As a result of the feedback and to make the policy clearer, we have updated the policy and it now includes financial hardship guidance under the Vulnerable and Financial Hardship section which has been renamed from Equality and Diversity.
Once the policy is signed off it will be available on our website.
