Calling all traders - welcome and thank you for visiting the Medieval Festival page.
Join us at Ormskirk's Medieval Festival in Coronation Park, where visitors will explore a living medieval hamlet and experience the sights and sounds of life over 1000 years ago.
This years fayre will take place on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 May 2026 and we are welcoming applications from stallholders and exhibitors who match our sustainability and environmental ethos.
This is a unique opportunity to showcase your goods in an unforgettable setting — apply now to secure your stall!

Hello and welcome to the Exhibitor and Trader Application form for those wishing to attend the Ormskirk Medieval Festival 2026.
Please note that in order to complete and submit your application you will need to upload copies of your current Public Liability certificate and a Risk Assessment covering your proposed stall, any products you wish to sell and all activities you wish to undertake.
Submitting an application form does not guarantee a place at the festival. Once your application has been received and accepted, payment instructions will be sent to you via the details given on the form.
Please note that your place at the festival will not be secured and confirmed until full payment has been received.
The application process will close on Monday 27th April 2026 at 5pm.
