West Lancashire Borough Council is inviting you to take part in a survey to help us design, define, and deliver a strategy for arts, culture, and heritage across the borough.
We’re developing a Cultural Strategy that will:
Build on West Lancashire’s rich cultural identity and heritage.
Support and grow the creative and cultural sector, including artists, organisations, businesses, and venues.
Ensure culture reflects the diversity and character of our communities.
Expand access to creative spaces and opportunities for all.
Strengthen the role of culture in improving wellbeing and driving economic growth.
At this stage, we are collecting information and listening to your experiences. The insights shared through this survey will help shape our understanding and guide future planning. While we may not be able to deliver on every idea or request, your feedback is vital in helping us build a realistic and informed strategy.
Whether you’re a resident, creative practitioner, part of a cultural organisation, or simply passionate about arts and heritage, your views matter.
